My why
As Human Potential Strategist, I work at the intersection of mindset, communication, negotiation and leadership, focusing on how human performance and decision-making change under pressure.
When conversations matter success is rarely about having the best argument. It’s about how clearly, calmly, and credibly you can communicate and show up when stakes are high.
My work focuses on applied human skills: how people think, listen, decide and lead in real time. Especially nowadays with the rise of AI when knowledge is "omnipresent", your human side becomes essential.
Therefore, I train individuals and teams to move from reaction to intention, from tension to clarity, and from communication as information to communication as impact.
My hybrid background
Actor · Business Negotiator · Public Affairs & Policy Strategist · Neuroscientist
Actor
Years of professional stage, voice-over, and screen work trained my sensitivity for timing, subtext, emotional truth, and presence. Acting is not pretending — it is disciplined attention under pressure.
Negotiation & Public Affairs Professional
My work in high-stakes business negotiation, public affairs, and policy-related contexts sharpened my understanding of decision-making, power dynamics, strategy, and influence. Operating at the intersection of organizations, institutions, and public decision-making, I developed a deep awareness for stakeholder alignment, long-term positioning, and negotiations shaped by public visibility and asymmetric power.
In these environments, communication is never just persuasion — it is timing, credibility, and positioning over time.
Neuroscientist (PhD)
My academic background grounds my work in how humans actually process stress, attention, emotion, and meaning in the brain — at the level where behavior is shaped before it becomes conscious strategy.
What connects these worlds is simple: Human performance is not talent. It is trained awareness.
That is the core of my work.
Moderation & Live Facilitation
This is where theory meets reality.
Moderation and facilitation are not add-ons to my work — they are its live execution.
On stage, in panels, interviews, and public conversations, communication becomes visible, relational, and influential.
I moderate with clarity, calm authority, and a strong sense for:
•    Group dynamics
•    Emotional undercurrents
•    Timing and rhythm
•    Creating psychological safety
•    Entertaining the audience

Whether the setting is corporate, cultural, or public, my role is always the same:
to create a space where meaningful dialogue can happen.
My public affairs background allows me to moderate not only conversations — but interests, institutions, and unspoken constraints.

It is a way of showing up when it matters.
